Stellar® Master Class & Accreditation
Are you involved practically as a decision-making or change agent/coach in any of the following?
- Ensuring your organization, or a client’s, works at its best;
- Making strategic decisions
- Reducing costs sharply while eliminating or minimizing damage to performance or morale
- Increasing sales by increasing perceived value
- Improving policies, operational systems or processes to make them work better
- Managing change.
If so, learn how to do all of them using one brilliant whole system tool. 12 integrated insights shift peerformance and empower everyone in the organization.
Stellar® is the organisation development tool that focuses on the unique identity, vision, purpose and customer value of the organisation.
It has been in intensive development since 2002 and now has successful implementations and a growing network of accredited consultants and agencies as far apart as Australia, Finland and Brazil. Major blue chip clients are using it like UNICEF, NSPCC and IBM, European retailer Tegut and Brazilian retailer l'Occitane, the Cities of Melville (Western Australia) and Amsterdam, the Danish Consumer Council, and many more.
Hear about how consultancies and clients have found that it connects to specialisations such as customer experience, lean, branding, balanced scorecard, vision, culture and values development, innovation, mergers and acquisitions, business and marketing strategies, leadership coaching, and more.
Its use has the effect of clarifying and simplifying management and decision-making, and helps organisations (and in its personal coaching mode, individuals) realise their unique value and mission.
Accredited consultants/leaders increase their repertoire and insights and have the opportunity to join the Stellar network to exchange experiences and insights.
Recognising the demand from both organisations and consultants for expertise in this field, the original developers are now running a series of accreditation programs. The training course provides insights into Stellar and its applications as well as how it adds value. There are further licensed trainers on three continents to support coaching to even higher levels.

Course overview
Your next invitation is to attend a three-day Stellar® Master Class in the UK near Stansted from Monday 1st November to Wednesday 3rd.
You will not only gain accreditation in a very practical and proven management, change and leadership tool, but your perspective on organization leadership and change will dramatically shift and develop.
You will learn how to define what makes your organization, or your client’s, truly unique at every level and how to manage that uniqueness for peak performance and value.
You will also gain a new perspective on organization change. In the process it will destroy myths that damage many organizations, like the idea that change is difficult, resisted and expensive. None of these should be true, at any scale.
The training will be given by Prof Angus Jenkinson, a co-developer of Stellar and experienced in client use. You will gain a good understanding of the theory, use and practice of Stellar and access to the tools.
Certification designates the consultant as a Licensed Associate of Stellar, and will allow the use of the practitioner logo, Stellar logo and trademark, which is registered in many countries around the world.
It covers:
- The Stellar instrument, theory and practice
- Typical needs, benefits, business case
- Case studies
- Processes to develop the Stellar of an organisation
- Typical application processes, strategic applications and its relationship to a variety of other business development approaches
