When one of the world’s leading mobile phone companies
decided it was time to manage customer relationships better, a Stepping
Stones team was called in to design the systems.
After
an extensive audit and requirements gathering phase, including workshops
and interviews, we specified the business requirements for the new
CRM technology, fulfilment and call centre services.
We then created an invitation to tender and managed the supplier
selection project for the IS development phase and outsource agreement.
Alongside this we designed a new integrated, customer-facing business
process model.
