An ‘inward-bound’ course
At The Computing Group, a leading UK IS firm, we facilitated a
change programme involving almost all staff. The results transformed
responsibility, trust and co-operation of staff at all levels and
led to new and better client solutions.
The aim was to enlighten understanding of leadership, teamwork
and customer-facing processes. And gain real changes.
One member called it ‘an inward-bound course’. It released
energy, flow and co-operation through the company.
