Everyone together: Diversity integrated

Large multi-ethnic firms need all staff, from operators to managers, to respect diversity and work together.

Working in partnership with the HR department of Reality, a major division of GUS, we developed a series of change and development programmes, including training internal trainers, for all company managers and supervisors, keeping pace with substantial restructuring going on within the business.
