Leaders achieve what they are motivated to do
The team responsible for improving marketing data quality
in a major retail bank was getting bogged down.
Frankly,
data quality was boring to top management and divisions were uncooperative.
Furthermore, some of the plans were seen as threatening. Not new!
The result was that there were delays in implementing new CRM systems
and therefore delays that were holding up gains for the customers
and Bank.
Stepping Stones was asked to facilitate a series of workshops with
the responsible cross-functional team to get agreement and motivation
on the issues.
The session produced what was described as an extraordinary consensus
and commitment.
