Developing Europe-wide strategy, transformation & priorities
A major division of Novartis wanted to overcome internal
difficulties and identify opportunities to achieve major breakthroughs
in culture, performance, alignment and buy-in across its European
subsidiaries.
Stepping
Stones carried out a research project amongst senior staff, identifying
the cultural, policy and strategy issues. We then facilitated an
offsite European Board planning meeting to confront the issues and
develop solutions.
The result was a set of change and transformation objectives that
led to significant management and business changes.
