Stepping Stones has executed a wide variety of assignments for

- Roche CSR project: Identified global requirements for not-for-profit clinical research services, contacting principals of NGOs and major funds to set up partnerships.
- Pitney Bowes market research: Defined and sized international market for multicarrier software systems, identifying key business requirements and competitive strategy. Also developed a market model to optimize business development
- National Trust Brand DNA: Identified brand essence, positioning, core values and member need states. Described as "transforming the organisation".
- Aquadrops repositioning and brand relaunch: Innovative research identified core consumer and brand positioning, essence and personality. Lead to radical new consumer targeting and communication strategy, supported by new planning model.
- ICG plc rebranding: researched international stakeholders and client segments to develop identity and strategy, using the identity management tool, Stellar. Designed and developed new brand logo, iconography and business resources (stationery, signage, brochure, personal selling tools), as well as innovative client Internet and extranet sites.
- NSPCC - optimising brand and integrated communication: helped the NSPCC implement CODAR and the open planning process with its eight agencies, including Saatchi & Saatchi, WWAV and HPI Research. Described by agencies and client as 'fantastic'. More information.
