CODAR
is a universal communications optimisation planning tool for brand
marketing and change management based on the psychology of change.

and researched in collaboration with the Centre for Integrated Marketing.
Touchpoints
is a powerful research and econometrics tool that works for both
customers and employees. It identifies how to make customers more
profitable and what will create greateer employee commitment. The
research instrument can be adapted for any industry and for benchmarking
multiple markets. It identifies scores for Business Excellence,
key Touchpoints Satisfaction and Customer/Employee Bonding. It then
identifies the statistical relationship with Share of Customer/Employee
Commitment to improve service and business operations.
Brand
Signature is a precise and comprehensive brand analysis and brand
development tool. It provides a ‘brand bible’ for total
communication alignment.
Community
Signatures is the most powerful means of researching and communicating
the essence of the brand’s communities. This tool has been
adopted world-wide by OgilvyOne.
ID
is a powerful Integrated Marketing diagnostic survey developed by
Stepping Stones and the Centre for Integrated Marketing. It identifies
the brand’s pressure points for change, helping to achieve
improvements of 10% to 25% in performance. It can be used in workshop
and full survey modes.
Stellar® is the complete integrated strategy tool for business differentiation.
The Stellar® Architecture consists of a constellation of the 12
strategic insights/tools that drive the business, such as Core Competency,
Brand Essence, Postioning, Integrated Dashboard and Synergy Model.
Stellar was developed by Prof Angus Jenkinson and Richard Leachman
of Corpus Angeli.
